We call ourselves the Bolly Boyz because we are rather fond of a bottle or two of champagne, particularly Bollinger. Well we also like Veuve Cliquot and Moët and Chandon. We occasionally slum it and drink Jacob's Creek. Eddie and Patsie from Absolutely Fabulous refer to Bollinger as Bolly. We are a couple of gay boyz, hence the Bolly Boyz.
